This unit is mainly used in the preprocessing steps of producing liquid milk. Vacuum instant vaporization concentrates sweat milk without damaging nutritional components, for example: the dry matter in sweat milk of 11.5%-12% can reach up to 12.5%-13%
after flash vaporization, which increases the dry matter and removes the smell as well, so to keep the original milk flavor. This machine needs to be matched with other heating machine. Generally, it is connected after the keeping pipe of sterilizer, with imputing material temperature about 90℃. The specific connection method reference to craft flow chart.

The surface of this machine in touch with material adopts high
quality of stainless steel, and sealing packing collar is made in
eatable silicon rubber.
