(1) The pulp tubular sterilizer is a heat treatment device specially designed for pulp beverage    (such as orange pulp beverage, coconut beverage, balil beverage). It is suitable for 5mm × 5mm ×  5mm suspensible pulp such as mandarin or orange cyst with a content of 5%-25%. The system is automatically controlled. There is few impact on product flavor and nutritious content and twice  pollution to product is avoided.
(2) Technological process: 30±5℃→90～110℃(15, 30, 45, 60) seconds →90℃→(40℃ reflow).
(3) Intelligent PLC control without complex manual operation and monitoring. Designed with CIP and SIP systems before and after production that meet the cleaning and sterilizing requirements of production equipment.
(4) It can carry out linked operation with automatic filling machine from home or abroad.
