The fermentation tank with volume of 5~180m3 and mixing power of 3-120kw in the figure is manufactured and installed at the site by Jufeng Enterprise. All interior surfaces of the sealing heads, cylinder sections, etc. are subject to surface polishing to roughness of 0.4μm. The reducer mixing system is also installed by Jufeng, and trial operation by water in place of materials is successfully accepted in one time.
